Biography
I was born in Enterprise and I am a life long resident of Coffee County. My wife, Natosha, and I have lived in Elba since 1989. We have one son, Austin, who resides in Texas.

We attend First Baptist Church of Elba, where I serve as a deacon, Sunday School teacher, and a member of the choir.

I am also a longtime member of the Elba Lions Club.

Biography
Elder Rodrick Caldwell has been married to Lady Melanie Caldwell for twenty-six years. They have six children (Xandra, Marianna, Mia, Kennedy, Kanaan and Kaleb). They have two grandchildren.

Elder Caldwell is the Assistant Pastor as well as the Youth Pastor of New Jerusalem COGIC. He is the Fatherhood Initiative Coordinator for Coffee County. He serves as the Chairman of the Children's Policy Council of Coffee County. He was recently appointed as Co-Chair of the Men's Department of Alabama First, COGIC. He also serves as the President of the Brewton District Youth Department. During the Gulf War, Desert Storm, Elder Caldwell was the recipient of several awards including the Kuwait Liberation Medal, Bronze Star, Southwest Asia Medal, and the Combat Field Medical Badge.

Elder Caldwell is a graduate of Elba High School Class of 1987. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in interdisciplinary studies from Troy University, as well as an Associate's Degree in History from Enterprise State Community College.

Biography
Except for college at Troy and a two-year stint in Auburn for my first job out of college, I am a lifelong resident of Coffee County.  I live in Jack and attended Zion Chapel School. I have four nearly grown children (one still in college at Samford University), all Zion Chapel graduates. In my spare time I enjoy family activities, the lake, college/high school football and reading/learning new things. 

Experience
I have been a member of the Coffee County Board of Education since 2014.

Mrs. Rhonda Strickland

Biography
I am the proud wife of 31 years to Todd Strickland, we have three wonderful grown daughters ; Caylex, Julie, and Suzie, and one grand puppy Lulu. I enjoy serving our Lord thru serving others, and working outside with my flowers and yard. I have seen our education system first hand from many different angels (parent and teacher). I hope to use my knowledge to improve the opportunities presented to our children in Coffee County Schools.
